There will be a benefit for James Darby a 7th grade student at McAuliffe.
On April 9th James was seriously injured while riding his bicycle.
James's brother Derek is a student here at Liberty HS.

The benefit is being held on Sunday, June 1st from 2-5pm at the
Jackson Volunteer Fire Company#1, Station 55, North New Prospect Road.

There is a $5.00 donation per ticket which will cover buffet & DJ.
There will also be gift baskets and other items raffled off.
All raffle tickets can be purchased at the benefit.

Tux Uniforms Must Be RETURNED
MAY 14, 2008

IF you dry cleaned your uniform before the Parade please just wash the pants.

Uniforms (jacket, pants, vest, red tie, black bow tie, vest and suspenders if you have them) are due in on
Wednesday May 14, 2008 at the Band Parent Meeting.

Please make sure they are CLEANED and hung neatly on a hanger marked with the band member’s name!!!!

Ipod touch raffle tickets are on sale!

Updated: 05/10/2008: The Ipod sales are going well but we still have about 80 tickets to sell!...Please reach out to family, friends and co-workers to try and sell any tickets you can.

Band Parent meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of the month from now until June. From July on they will be on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
